Repair Warranty Policy
Last reviewed: 5 September 2026.
Unless a different period is stated on the repair receipt or quotation, qualifying repair work may be supplied with a 12-month limited repair warranty covering a defect in the replacement part supplied or the workmanship of the completed repair. This warranty is in addition to statutory consumer rights.
What is normally covered
- A fault in the replacement part supplied for the repair.
- A workmanship issue directly related to the completed repair.
- Reassessment of the same covered fault during the applicable warranty period.
What is normally not covered
- New accidental or physical damage after repair.
- Cracked glass, impact damage, bent frames or crushed devices occurring after collection.
- Liquid or moisture damage occurring before or after repair, unless a written repair term expressly says otherwise.
- Misuse, unauthorised modification or subsequent repair by another provider where it causes or prevents assessment of the claimed fault.
- Unrelated or pre-existing faults.
- Normal battery ageing where no defect in the supplied battery or workmanship is established.
How to claim
Contact us promptly with your job reference or receipt and describe the fault. We may need to inspect the device before deciding the appropriate remedy. A warranty claim is not refused merely because you are exercising statutory rights.
